Swara looked over the vicinity as he turned the corner of the hall that lead to the power complex of the base. His eyes dashes rapidly in differently to scan the area before he made his next move. Feeling assured that the scene was safe; the chameleon like man dashed down the corridor and accessed the door's safety terminal. He inserted the codes and the doors slid apart as they depressurized. Swara swiftly leapt through the opening and closed the door. After the door had relocked, Ferenceri turned around and watched the power core. He was instructed by Intelligence to infiltrate the base and sabotage the power system so that his faction could deliver a quick and fatal blow to this sector.
Uncloaking his natural camouflage, he slowly walked towards the nucleus of the power station. Pulling out his technologically advanced hacking system, he put it forward to attach it to the access point.
When suddenly, a metallic arm burst through the hull of the base. Air was sucked out of the high pressure base, causing Swara’s device to be drawn away from him. Swara almost fell over into the machinery below, if it was not for his adhesive feet.
What in the name of Tor’izac is that?
The drill tip on the arm slowly stopped rotating, and transformed into robotic dactyls that formed over the power core. With a great vigor and celerity, the metallic arm crushed the power core, causing components to drop to the floor. The main lights turned off, leaving only the red flashing emergency lights to light up the base. Swara could see rather well in the dark though, and would be able to navigate through the darkness. An alarm sounded out, alerting the rest of the base to the threat.
Another noise could be heard now, this one further away.
Greetings, pathetic life forms. Your planet is now my planet. Some of you will die, and the rest of you will WISH you were dead. But I require entertainment, so I will take some people off your planet to transfer them to my location. Do not be jealous of them, they probably won't fare too well here either.
Shortly after this message was played, troops stormed into the room. They pulled out their guns, and began to fire at both the arm and Swara. The arm started to pull out, heading out of the base.
Swara made a snap decision, and jumped towards the metallic arm. Barely clearing the jump, Swara pulled himself up and climbed down the arm. The arm contracted back to a large robot. There was a glowing pad on the robot. Turning on his cloaking powers once more, he leapt into the beam.
Here we go
As he went into the teleported, Swara felt himself disappear.
